Frequently Asked Questions

My pet has special food because he/she has allergies. Will Town & Country Pet Resort be able to feed him/her her specific food?

Yes! We recommend all pets remain on their current diet while boarding as a sudden change in diet can cause stomach problems. Meals are served twice daily. If you prefer, we also feed a delicious and nutritious lamb and rice.

Do I need to make a reservation for boarding or grooming or doggie daycare?

Yes. We want to make sure we have a room (or grooming table) available for you! If you are planning on going vacation, call us so we can reserve a room for your dog. During the holiday season, we run out of space very fast.

Advance reservations are required for scheduling purposes, we would recommend calling at least 1-2 days in advance to book this service. Prices will vary depending on your location, please call to get a quote!

Group play depends on your dogs temperament and play style. Upon first visit we will evaluate your dog and decide what is best for your dog! Playgroups can be stressful and your dogs behavior will determine their needs. For example, a shy dog will get stressed so we would recommend individual play or a walk. Active dogs can get over stimulated so we would we will match their play buddies to best suit their active lifestyle. Mature dogs would prefer to explore the play yard by themselves or with other similar friends. we keep our numbers small with safety and fun as the top priority. Playgroup times may vary depending on weather and meal time.
